For coming to our show on friday. We had a really great time. Sean Brooks set up a wonderfull acoustic show.

Here we are, in somewhat abbreviated form (Steve posed as official photographer and left his drums at home).

First up was S. Brooks, aka Minmae. He played an very tight and delicate set mostly composed of new songs with the exception of "Buoyant" and "No end no end" which he dedicated to me. Cheers!

Next up, the pop eclectricities of Ross Beach sans Hellpets (though they too were in attendance). His blend of great pop songs and politico-pop gave the audience a lighter side to music while making them listen to the content and questions their (mis)leaders. A really fun set well received by the audience.

Celesteville came on third. I was most excited to see Jake Anderson, as I havent seen a Celesteville show in something like a year. It was super to see him performing again (perhaps many of you knew him as Bronwyn's old bass player, or moonlighting as The Minor Thirds bass player). His enthusiasm was not matched by any of us. He comes across as pure Portland snow on a cold November day. Beautiful and always brings a smile. Chris Piuma helped out on accordian.

the Tuftees ended the show. Casey felt we played our best acoustic show ever. I know I got all the lyrics right. Casey's back-up vocals were lovely and Jeni's melodica brought out the best in the chorus'. It is really a privledge to play with them. All new songs except 2. Can you find them?
